چکیده

The process of etiolation contributes significantly to vegetative propagation and root formation woody plants. However, the molecular interaction pattern different factors for etiolated adventitious development in plants remains unclear. In present study, we explored changes at stages Robinia pseudoacacia. Histological transcriptomic analyses were performed lower portion hypocotyls ascertain responses. We found that dark-treated formed roots earlier than control. Exogenous application NAA (0.3 mg/L) stimulated expressions about 310 genes. Among these, 155 upregulated downregulated. Moreover, differentially expressed genes (DEGs) enriched multiple pathways, including biosynthesis secondary metabolites, metabolic pathway, plant hormone signal transduction, starch sucrose metabolism, phenylpropanoid biosynthesis, carbon metabolism. These pathways could play a significant role during hypocotyls. findings this study can provide novel insights foundation further studies elucidate connection between

Nitric oxide and cyclic GMP are messengers in the indole acetic acid-induced adventitious rooting process.

This report describes part of the signaling pathway and some of the molecules involved in the auxin-induced adventitious root formation in cucumber (Cucumis sativus). Previous results showed that nitric oxide (NO) mediates the auxin response during adventitious root formation (Pagnussat et al., 2002). To determine the order of action of indole acetic acid (IAA) and NO within the signal transduc...

Characterization of the Transcriptome and Gene Expression of Tetraploid Black Locust Cuttings in Response to Etiolation

Etiolation (a process of growing plants in partial or complete absence of light) promotes adventitious root formation in tetraploid black locust (Robinia pseudoacacia L.) cuttings. We investigated the mechanism underlying how etiolation treatment promotes adventitious root formation in tetraploid black locust and assessed global transcriptional changes after etiolation treatment. Solexa paired-...

Influence of 1-aminoethoxyvinylglycine hydrochloride and α-naphthalene acetic acid on fruit retention, quality, evolved ethylene, and respiration in apples

Effects of 1-aminoethoxyvinylglycine hydrochloride (AVG or Aviglycine HCl or ReTain) and α-naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) on fruit retention, fruit quality, eveloved ethylene, and respiration in ‘Rome Beauty’ and three ‘Delicious’ apple cultivars (Malus domestica Borkh.) were studied.  The experimental trees were treated with either AVG, applied at 120 g a.i. per 935 L. ha-1 or NAA, applied at t...

Genetic transformation of Robinia pseudoacacia by Agrobacterium tumefaciens.

Transgenic Robinia pseudoacacia plants were obtained by Agrobacterium tumefaciens mediated gene transfer. Agrobacterium strain LBA4404 harbouring a binary vector that contained the chimeric neomycin phosphotransferase II (NPTII) and beta-glucuronidase (GUS) genes was co-cultivated with hypocotyl segments of in vitro raised seedlings of Robinia. Parameters important for high efficiency regenerat...
